This one is a heart-wrencher. Added was the name of a little boy who captured the heart of the Kentuckiana area when he went missing. Cesar Ivan Aguilar Cano was only 5 years old when it is believed he was abducted by a sex offender that lived behind his family's apartment building near Churchill Downs. His tiny body was later found in garbage by a sanitation crew. More recently, another family lost 3 sons when the person driving them home from a youth event decided to flee police when they tried to pull over the vehicle, which turned out to be stolen, and crashed. The bus used by the sponsors of the event had been too full for the brothers to ride. The brothers died. The driver, now charged with homicide, survived. Are there similar memorials in your area?
